By downloading or using the Talk Budget mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This application is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Description of Service
Talk Budget provides an automated financial tracking service that extracts data from your emails and syncs it to third-party spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion). Using this service requires you to grant restricted access to your Google account.
3. Use of Google Services
Your use of Talk Budget in conjunction with Google Gmail and Google Sheets is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these third-party services complies with their respective agreements.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Limitation of Liability
Talk Budget is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy in our AI extraction, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the financial templates generated. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the data provided by the app.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.
